Since 1994, Mary E. Ms. Lynch has argued a variety of employment-related issues in the California Court of Appeal, including wage and hour issues, class certification issues and FEHA issues. Ms. Lynch has provided training to employers on a wide variety of work-place issues, including sexual harassment, performance reviews, hiring, disciplining, terminating, managing leaves of absence, and proper work-place investigations. Ms. Lynch has conducted hundreds of workplace investigations on a broad spectrum of topics. Ms. Lynch lectures on employment-related topics for clients, local bar associations, and industry organizations.
